Business Development Manager/Team Lead/Consultant


B2B Sales Arrow is looking for a passionate and self-driven individual who loves searching for solutions that improve business operations. The candidate is expected to build strategic relationships with clients and move opportunities through the Lead Generation funnel.


  • Masters’ Degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
  • A proven track record of strong client relationships
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in international outbound calling in IT is a bonus


  • Identify business opportunities in the international market
  • Execute focused prospect outreach program incorporating emails, outbound calling, digital campaigns etc.
  • Find and use effective tools to derive contact details of prospects
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communication and regular follow-ups
  • Plan and oversee end to end shipment of a project
