We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to manage the relationships of the company with its most important client/s. You will be responsible for maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

The ideal candidate should be pertinent in building strong relationships with our current clients. He should be able to identify Client’s needs and requirements on a proactive basis to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

  • Develop relationships with our clients.
  • Proactively acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing newer techniques and solutions that make the tasks faster and more accurate.
  • Ensure error free services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal team.
  • Continuously take feedbacks from the Client and resolve any issues and problems faced by client and deal with the complaints to maintain trust.
  • Regularly take meetings and update team on any new policies and processes around the work.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • In all, He she will be the face in front of the client for project.
