We are looking for a Business Development Executive that will help clients (primarily in IT and technology company) to identify business opportunities in geographies such as Asia pacific, Middle East, Latin America, North America and Domestic Projects too. Furthermore, He/She has to perform a thorough outbound calling, market research, Develop Customized Data Base, Research & Development and execute focused positioning prospect outreach program that will be incorporating emails, Calls, & Digital campaigns.

KRAs
  • Develop new business for Client via telephone and mass communication such as email and/or social media.
  • Find and use effective tools to derive contact details of prospects.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the Lead Generation funnel and able to coordinate with client for end to end shipment of Project.
Qualification & Knowledge
  • Masters’ Degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field.
  • 2 years outbound calling and/or inside sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
  • A proven track record of strong client relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Experience
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint).
  • Desired: Experience in international outbound calling in Banking, Financial institutions and insurance services.
