||Comprehensive knowledge of and specific development experience in technologies that include:
- Platform : .Net Technologies (ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#, Ajax etc.)
- Database : SQL Server, ADO.Net
- Optional Requirement : Core Java, JSP, Advance Java etc.
- Prioritizes project activities, and assigns tasks to members of the IT Service team.
- Oversee project estimations, tracks estimates to actuals, ensures adherence to standard estimation practices.
- Requires the ability to effectively take a role as leader of a team or department with a desire to help the group achieve business related outcomes.
- Requires the ability and capacity to communicate ideas, facts and data in writing using appropriate grammar, syntax and sentence structure.
- Requires strong capability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple concurrent tasks and effectively manage meeting agendas on schedule.
- Project management skills, including ability to define work plans, delegate work, monitor progress, and report scheduled variances and/or scope change.
- Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity and can manage PC imaging and upgrades, new hardware/software deployments and workstation and printer setup and implementation.
